Susanna Browne is a Canadian artist based in Rotterdam, NL. She received her BFA from Emily Carr University of Art and Design in 2010 and is an MFA candidate at the Piet Zwart Institute. Her multi-disciplinary practice often considers the complications of desire and longing in relation to popular emotional languages, collecting and monumentalizing moments of the everyday in such a way that undermines yet at once denotes an ultimate infatuation. Her work has been shown in Canada and Europe.
Monique Levesque is a Canadian artist based in Vancouver. She received her BFA from Emily Carr University of Art and Design in 2011. Using a multi-disciplinary approach, her practice considers the history of performance and popular culture as an entry into an exploration of the construction of the female subjectivity where notions of fantasy and sexuality are often exploited. Her work has been exhibited in Canada and Europe.
