Applications 2020 – 2021
The Master of Education in Arts admission committee reviews applications, interviews, and accepts candidates on a rolling basis from December 2019 to May 2020, until all positions in the cohorts are filled.
We strongly encourage you to apply early and to attend our February 1, 2020 open house if possible. Once we have reviewed your completed application, you may be contacted for an interview. This is (an informal) conversation and exchange in which we strive to mutually learn to know each other, to better assess whether there is mutual fit and we can meet your expectations. Starting point for this conversation is the motivation letter, cv and portfolio. With regard to the portfolio we kindly ask you to provide a representative selection of work/projects which illustrate your current practice. Please make sure to include educational/pedagogical projects next to artistic and design work.
NON EU applicants: in principle, the Master of Education in Arts cannot accept Non-EU students because it is a part-time study program and the students cannot apply for a study visa for a part-time program. However, if you already have a permit to live in the Netherlands, it could be possible that you are eligible to study on our program, depending on the visa you have. If that is the case, please contact our course coordinator directly: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Applicants from the United Kingdom can check the website of the Dutch government for the most updated information about BREXIT and what this might mean for your status and tuition fee.
March 6, 2020: Priority deadline for completed applications of Dutch and EU applicants. Final deadline NON EU applicants.
May 18, 2020: Final deadline for completed applications of Dutch and EU applicants.
